چکیده

In propylene (C3) polymerization with Ziegler-Natta catalyst, not only internal donor but also external is very important to make isotactic polypropylene (PP) higher yield. Most propylene-based polymers have been commercially produced catalysts combined dialkyl-dialkoxy silane compounds (R2Si(OR)2) such as C-donor, P-donor, and D-donor donors. this paper, we will introduce the performance aminosilane compounds, i.e., diethylamino triethoxy (U-donor) bis(ethylamino) di-cyclopentyl (T01 donor), in Ziegler–Natta catalyst. The screening experiments were conducted using some triethoxyalkylsilanes (1–7) performances compared U-donor. results of binary system show improvement stereoregularity. These exhibit high hydrogen response copolymerization ethylene (C2) ICP production compounds. While methanol an additive along electron donor, a serendipitous, activity, block ratio, EPR (ethylene-propylene rubber) content improve significantly for U-donor T01 C-donor.

Ziegler-Natta catalysts for propylene polymerization – Interaction of an external donor with the catalyst

The interaction of the external donor (propyltrimethoxysilane - PTMS) with titanium-magnesium catalysts (TMCs) containing dibutylphthalate (DBP) as internal donor, which were prepared in different ways, was studied by chemical analysis and infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRIFTS). The chemical composition of the catalysts after their interaction with heptane solutions of PTMS, PTMS/Al...

Study of Ziegler-Natta/(2-PhInd)2ZrCl2 hybrid catalysts performance in slurry propylene polymerization

Several types of hybrid catalysts are made through mixing of 4th generation Ziegler-Natta (ZN) and (2-PhInd)2ZrCl2  metallocene catalysts using triethylaluminum (TEA) as coupling agent. Response surface methodology (RSM) is used to evaluate the interactive effects of different parameters including amounts of metallocene and TEA and temperature on metallocene loading. Analyzing the amounts of Al...

copolymerization of ethylene and propylene using 4th generation ziegler- natta catalyst: influence of cocatalyst, external electron donor and hydrogen

copolymerization of ethylene and propylene was investigated using a 4th generation phthalate ziegler-natta catalyst in normal hexane in a buchi reactor. the effects of different mole fractions of [al]/[ti], [si]/[al] and various amounts of hydrogen on productivity and weight percent of ethylene on the product, were studied. in the copolymerization reactions, tri-isobutyl aluminum (tibal) was us...

A Study of Ziegler–Natta Propylene Polymerization Catalysts by Spectroscopic Methods

Ziegler-Natta polymerization catalysts were characterized by a complex of surface- and bulk-sensitive methods (DRIFTS, XPS, ESR, and XAS = XANES + EXAFS). A diffuse-reflectance Fourier-transform IR spectroscopy (DRIFTS) study showed the presence of strong Lewis acid sites in different concentrations and absence of strong basic sites in the polymerization catalysts. X-ray photoelectron spectrosc...
